All accepted abstracts (incl. Late Breaking News) will be published as a joint publication in the Journals Respiration (SGP) and CHEST as well as on the website of the Joint CHEST-SGP 2017 one week prior to the congress.
As of 31 May 2017 full text of regular abstracts will be available electronically on the congress website and on the congress app.
Access to all scientific sessions will only be possible with your personal name badge, which you will receive at the registration desks at the main entrance of the congress centre. Please always wear your badge! CHF 30 will be charged for replacement of a lost badge.
Certificates / CME Credits
You will receive an email with your personal login details for the online evaluation form in the evening of the last day of the congress (Friday, 9 June 2017). After completing the congress evaluation form you will be able to download the certificate indicating the CME credits at home.
Certificates of attendance (not including CME credits) will be handed out together with your name badge.
Changes of certificates due to incorrect submission of names will be charged CHF 10. For detailed information on CME credits, please refer to Accreditation.
A cloakroom is available to keep your coats and bags. It is located in the entrance area and is free of charge for delegates.

Confirmation of Registration
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration.
All official prices are indicated in SWISS FRANCS (CHF). The official currency in Switzerland is Swiss Francs (CHF). All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
The industrial exhibition is located in immediate vicinity to congress activities such as lecture halls and catering areas. Companies from all over the world are given ample opportunity to display their latest products, services and technical innovations. The exhibition is open during the following hours

The congress language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Lunch on 7 and 8 June 2017 is included in the registration fee and will be served in the exhibition area.
Photography / Electronic Recordings
Taking photographs and electronic recordings with a camera or mobile device is strictly prohibited in all lecture halls during all sessions.
The accepted posters will be on display on Level 2 throughout the whole congress.

Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC)
The Speakers’ Service Centre (SSC) is connected to all lecture halls and is located on Level 2 (close to the lecture halls). All speakers are asked to hand in their PowerPoint presentations at the SSC at least two hour before the start of their lecture.
Five Highlight Sessions will be recorded and made available as webcasts on the congress website and on the Novartis website "Vivinda TV" after the congress.
